Our toolbox for success

For internal documentation and project management. We have been diligent about documenting everything since day one. It's the go-to spot for finding information and ensuring projects stay on course. It's everyone's favorite hub!

For analysing and visualising all the data we have. User-friendly and accessible to anyone, it will help you take the right decision!

For everyday internal communication. Super easy-to-use tool to discuss big projects on dedicated channels, as well as daily private conversations.

For storage and mails and calendars and… well everything else. Our Google calendars are accessible to anyone in Bene Bono, which makes it super easy to make yourself available (or not) meetings or interviews. We use Google Sheets and Google Docs too.

For recruiting. Every hiring manager, as well as the People team, take part into the recruitment process to hire the next amazing and committed Benies!

For human resources. The must go-to app to ask for some time off and find every of your HR info. There also is a funny “guess who this is” game ;)

For billing and payments. Super important tool to make financial transactions safe and teams expenses easy to track for the Finance team.

We are currently experimenting with Click-Up for project management. The Tech and Marketing teams are giving it a spin to stay on top of their workflows.
Our Egapro Index
The Egapro Index is a tool that measures pay gaps between women and men in France. All companies with 50 or more employees must calculate their score each year.
In 2025 (based on 2024 data) Bene Bono achieved a score of:

This indicator measures salary differences between women and men. At Bene Bono, a slight gap in favor of men was observed.

In 2025, women and men received salary increases in the same proportions, based on objective criteria.

This score indicates that parity among the 10 highest salaries has not yet been achieved: 2 of these positions are held by women. Our goal is to improve this result through our recruitment plan and existing salary policy.
