Making work at Bene Bono as smooth and enjoyable as possible! Whether it's helping a new joiner feel at home from day one, making sure our processes actually work for people, or supporting managers to grow - I’m here to make sure our people are supported, listened to, and set up to thrive (without drowning in admin). Bonus points if we can laugh about it along the way.

Teamwork makes my day - I love building things together, bouncing ideas around, and sharing the wins (and the fails). I'm always up for a deep-dive session or a cookie break - balance is key !
