JOB DESCRIPTION
It’s a job creation. Bene Bono is growing fast and projects are getting larger, more complex and strategic. We want to recruit someone that will help us to get to the next step for the Supply Chain Operations team.
The Supply Chain Transformation manager will be central in every Ops project at Bene Bono. He will work directly with Claire, Chief Operating Officier on the strategic vision for Ops to make sure that identified solutions will be representative of the operational reality.
The mission will be following:
- Manage and help grow the Ops Excellence Project Management Team (2 people but more in a few months)
- Be a referent on every Supply Chain/Ops project at Bene Bono: change of WMS, opening of a new warehouse…
- Be a referent on project management’s methodology for Ops/Supply Chain teams: you will not be the only one running projects. But you will be the one giving guidelines, good practices on Project Management. You’ll guarantee that projects are relevant according to Bene Bono’s Ops/Supply Chain strategy.
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Good level in English is mandatory for the job, it’s a in international scope
- Great experiences in Project Management and specially in Operations
- You have a first experience in management
- Your are know for your great organisation, communication and « precision » skills
