• 200% saved from waste: products directly sourced from producers and manufacturers that would have otherwise gone unsold due to arbitrary distribution standards (size, shape, color, overproduction, etc.),
• 100% top quality: all our products adhere to our rigorous quality policy (taste, freshness, no harmful or controversial ingredients, ethical sourcing, no heated greenhouses for fruits and vegetables, etc.), including organic and locally sourced fruits and vegetables,
• 100% flexibility: subscription with no commitment (we're not like Free, but we understand), weekly deliveries, easy skip option for when you're away or unable to receive the delivery.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Bene Bono is growing fast and we need IT support to manage internal users and to be super reactive with all IT related tasks.

Your missions would be the following:

• Computer assistance : assist any Benies (employees of Bene Bono) with his computer, prepare computers for new Benies, reset computers of leaving Benies
• Support for our internal tools and process: you will assist the Ops & Purchasing teams using Tech tools in their weekly process by answering the teams request for help and reporting any bugs or improvement ideas to the product team
• Assist the Expansion team by deploying our tools in the warehouses of our new locations

REQUIRED PROFILE

• You have a first experience in Windows 10 & OSX
• Good level in English is mandatory for the job (Spanish is a plus)
• You have good network (hardware and logic) and SQL basics
• You are know for you empathy, consciousness and confidentiality in every complicated situation
